These Terms govern the use of PinCandy. By using the service, a user agrees to these Terms.

Accounts

A PinCandy user may connect a Pinterest account through the authorization method provided by the service. One Pinterest account may not be used to obtain duplicate benefits through multiple PinCandy accounts.

Candy points

Candy points are an internal virtual unit used only within PinCandy. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, or a financial asset and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Candy balances are associated with a specific Pinterest account. Connecting a different Pinterest account creates a separate balance starting from zero. Balances are not transferred between different Pinterest accounts.

Tasks

Some PinCandy features may involve time-limited community tasks. A task may expire if it is not completed and confirmed within the displayed time period. Expired tasks do not receive a Candy reward.

Prohibited behavior

Users must not:

use multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards;
submit Pins they are not authorized to use;
manipulate or falsify task completion;
attempt to interfere with the operation or security of PinCandy;
use automated tools to abuse the service;
violate applicable law or third-party platform rules.

Service availability

PinCandy may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when required for security, maintenance, platform changes, or abuse prevention.
